Record and track your daily protein intake to enhance muscle strength with this convenient app.
- Effortlessly record your protein intake by entering the food name and protein amount on the home screen and tapping to save it for the day.
- By marking your favorite foods, you can quickly add their protein intake from the next time.
- The History screen provides a detailed overview of your recorded food names and protein amounts for any selected date on the calendar. You can edit the data by double-tapping on it. Forgot to record? No worries! Add missing data with just a click of the "Add" button.
- The Analysis screen offers informative weekly, monthly, and annual protein intake graphs. Additionally, it calculates the average daily protein intake for each period.
- The Settings screen allows you to set your desired daily target protein intake as well as choose the first day of the week for your calendar (Monday or Sunday).
In the free version, you can create up to 10 favorite entries and access your history for one week. For unlimited favorites and complete history access, consider upgrading to the premium version within the app.
